This is a separate billable service provided to clients upon request. Together we formulate an 
RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities in cross-functional and departmental projects and processes. Firms that are multi-company and/or multi-office deploying an Enterprise product are candidates best served to utilize this service although every implementation, regardless of the number of end users, are advised to elect this service. The TMP Project Manager assigned to you will assist with pre- and post-implementation reviews of your solution product to ensure that the original requirements, intended objectives, business and user requirements are met, software provides accurate and complete information, and adequate controls are implemented and operate effectively.
Our methodology:
- Help client ensure that system meets expectations of data owners and that software is implemented in a manner that supports accurate, complete, and valid processing and recording of project and financial information and any errors identified through the course of testing are documented, reviewed, and appropriately resolved.
- Help client ensure that adequate access security controls are implemented to enable restriction of access to modules, data, and other information resources and to safeguard against incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid processing or recording of financial information.
- Help client ensure that appropriate automated controls are designed and implemented to ensure application functionality is fully utilized and to ascertain the reliability of the control environment.
- Assist with the pertinent data extraction from the donor system(s) and accurately transferred into the recipient system(s).
- Provide assistance with the data conversion efforts to ensure that appropriate procedures for reconciliation, validation, error handling, user approval and acceptance of data into the production system are defined and that all pertinent data is extracted from the donor system and converted to the new system completely and accurately.
- Assess rollback/failover and backup procedures of the application data, program and relevant system files prior to implementation to ensure that essential business processes and information systems can be recovered if needed.
